The Port will present financing details related to the bond issuance and its use of
commercial paper to support the James R. Herman Cruise Terminal and Northern
Waterfront Historic Piers projects.

The Department of Public Works (DPW) will provide an overview of the projects to be
funded through this issuance, including: the new Public Safety Building; the neighborhood
fire station improvement program; and the auxiliary water supply system.

5)  APPROVAL OF THE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO $137,000,000 IN 2011 ROAD REPAVING & STREET SAFETY (RRSS) GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS  AND APPROVAL OF THE RELATED SUPPLEMENTAL REQUEST.  (Action Item)

DPW will provide an overview of the projects to be funded through this issuance,
including: street repaving and reconstruction; sidewalk improvements; street structure
rehabilitation; streetscape/bike/pedestrian safety improvements; and traffic signal
upgrades.

6)  APPROVAL OF THE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO $76,100,000  IN 2012 CLEAN  AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS  GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS AND APPROVAL OF THE RELATED SUPPLEMENTAL REQUEST.  (Action Item)

The Recreation and Parks Department (RPD) and the San Francisco Port will provide an overview
of the projects to be funded through this issuance, including neighborhood and waterfront parks,
citywide parks, and other citywide infrastructure programs.

7)  APPROVAL OF THE PORT OF SAN FRANCISCO’S BUDGET AMENDMENT APPRORIATING $3,057,224  TO THE
