The 2012-2021 Proposed Capital Plan has received unanimous approval by the Board of Supervisors. This plan includes figures on the costs of delivering the America’s Cup, making seismic repairs to critical facilities, and improving streets and parks without going beyond our means. In total, we believe the City and its partner agencies can deliver almost $24.8 billion in total infrastructure investments without raising property tax rates or overburdening the General Fund.
We expect to produce a final version of the 2012-2021 Capital Plan along with updates to our website in the near future. In the meantime you can download the Proposed Plan or check out our new feature on street quality.
