Heidi Rivoire

Office Manager

Heidi Rivoire is the Office Manager at the Office of Resilience and Capital Planning. In this role, she provides administrative and office management support to the Chief Resilience Officer and Staff. She acts as a liaison on a variety of special projects, including consultation with City departments, other individuals and experts.

Prior to joining ORCP, Heidi gained extensive knowledge working 17+ years for the Department of Building Inspection most recently working with the Records Division producing 3Rs (Report of Residential Record).
Ms. Rivoire is a native and resident of San Francisco. She is a graduate of Golden Gate University where she achieved a B.A. in Management and is proud to be a part of the General Services Agency. Heidi is strongly committed to providing a high level of service and assistance to the citizens of San Francisco.
