The FY2026-35 Proposed Capital Plan is the City’s commitment to building a more resilient, equitable, and vibrant future for the residents, workers, and visitors of San Francisco. Updated every odd-numbered year, the Capital Plan is a fiscally constrained expenditure plan that lays out anticipated infrastructure investments over the next decade.
The Proposed Capital Plan will be considered for approval by the Capital Planning Committee on February 24, 2025. With Committee approval, the FY2026-35 Proposed Capital Plan will be submitted to the Mayor and Board of Supervisors for their consideration and passage by May 1, 2025.
