Draft Capital Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-2035

The FY2026-35 Draft Capital Plan is the City’s commitment to building a more resilient, equitable, and vibrant future for the residents, workers, and visitors of San Francisco. Updated every odd-numbered year, the Capital Plan is a fiscally constrained expenditure plan that lays out anticipated infrastructure investments over the next decade.

The Draft Capital Plan will be considered by the Capital Planning Committee through February 2025. When the review is completed, the FY2026-35 Proposed Capital Plan will be submitted to the Mayor and Board of Supervisors for their consideration and passage by May 1, 2025.
