The FY2024-33 Capital Plan is the City’s commitment to building a more resilient, equitable, and vibrant future for the residents, workers, and visitors of San Francisco. Updated every odd-numbered year, the Capital Plan is a fiscally constrained expenditure plan that lays out anticipated infrastructure investments over the next decade.
The FY2024-33 Proposed Capital Plan has been submitted to the Mayor and Board of Supervisors for their consideration and passage by May 1, 2023. Board of Supervisor hearing dates will be posted here.
